Rotaract is holding their annual Santa Run this Saturday, December 8th. The great news is that online registration is up 300% from this time last year, the challenge in that is handling the additional runners. If you would like to volunteer to participate in the event, there are a number of ways you can help. 1. Help sell calendars, we are splitting the proceeds with Rotaract 2. Help setup or teardown 3. Work the registration table checking in runners 4. Handout water and donuts to runners as they finish 5. Assist at the finish line marking runner times and gathering bib numbers Below are the timeslots and available jobs during that time. Please register via the Santa Run Volunteer sign-up. 6-7 (setup) 7 - 8 (setup) 8-9 (registration/calendars) 9-10 (water/donuts/finish line/calendars) 10-11 (water/donuts/finish line/calendars) 11-12 (teardown) |

Annual Christmas Party Cocktails & Appitizers from 5:30-6:30 Dinner at 6:30 followed by possibly Santa and White Elephant Gift Exchange Dinner will be Prime Rib, Chicken, Veggies, Potatoes, Salad and Rolls $17/ Person $10/ Child White Elephant Gift Exchange Rules: Please let us know how many gifts you will bring. 1 gift exchange per person. I will draw letters of the alpahbet on the 28th meeting. Your letter you receive is the gift you must buy that begins with that letter.
